EMERGENCY RESPONSE

What Can You Expect when Requesting Emergency Roof Repairs?

• You (the building owner or authorized representative) request service by submitting this form
• A service order will be generated detailing the specifics of the information
• Our repair crew is dispatched
• The repair crew representative will check in with the specified contact
• An interior / exterior examination is done.
• Repairs are made or the damage is mitigated until repairs are possible
• The repair crew representative checks out with the specified contact
• An invoice is generated including a description of the services performed
• If the damage leads to an insurable claim, we may credit you for emergency charges if insurance pays for the repairs and/or additional work which we perform.

I acknowledge that I am the building owner, property manager, or other person authorized to request services for the above location. I understand that the property will be billed the emergency rate of $1,500 (plus materials) for a two-man crew at a minimum of four hours to investigate and remediate the problem. Should further hours or personnel be required, and in consultation with the site representative, I understand that the additional rate of $175 per man-hour will be billed.*
