Danny and his team made getting my roof replaced easy. They came out, coordinated with the insurance adjuster, and were right there during installation. Roof removal was fast with no mess left for me. The team was easy to work with and very professional. I would recommend Titan and Danny’s team to anyone.
Titan replaced the roofs on two rental homes I own during the same period of time. They also fixed some non-roof related damage to siding/windows. All work was done on time and done correctly. Josh, who was my sales representative, was a pleasure with whom to work. He was professional, kind and very patient with my questions. A big bonus for me was that since these were rental houses, Josh handled all the scheduling directly with the tenant. I did have a few issues with my insurance company paying in a timely manner, and the front office staff was very gracious and helpful in resolving. One example of how ethical this company is: I had looked at one of the houses and signed off on the work. I did not realize that part of the minor repairs to the non-roof damage was not completed. Josh caught that later and made sure it was done. I will definitely use Titan Roofing for my rental business and personal home in the future.
Everything from beginning to end of our project was handled totally to our satisfaction. Interaction with JT Barnes and his crew was pleasant and professional. Quality of materials exceeded our expectation!
There was some extensive roof damage on a rental property related to the ac unit installed in the roof and causing significant leaks and water damage. My elderly mother had someone work on the issue who made it much worse and then skipped town. I reached out to another roofer that has a good reputation but they were slow to even inspect and then refused to help. I then reached out to ServPro who gave me Mike Bell’s info with Titan Contractors. He was so great to work with especially with us living out of the area. Quick to respond, tarped the damage area to prevent further leaking during the impending storms and ultimately full repairs. I can’t explain how nice it was to have someone work so hard to help my family.
